Came across OSE when looking up “best Asian haircut in north OC” and Sam did not disappoint. Great haircut. Personable barber. Upon entry, Sam asked for pictures of what I have been getting done before and provided me with advice as well as suggestions but ultimately let me choose what exactly I wanted for my haircut.

Definitely coming back. Book online in advanced since Sam is becoming more and more popular.

Haircut is $45 without tip. Good deal in my opinion.

Man where do I even start what a therapeutic gem of a barber shop have I found

It was my first time walking in here on a glimpse and I was very nervous about getting my haircut as it’s been so long I wasn’t quite sure what type of style I was looking for.

I was kindly greeted by Sam and once we stepped into his unit he sat me down and started asking me questions of what type of hairstyle I’m looking for and how my hair naturally grows, if I prefer low or high maintenance hair styles it was a very knowledgeable experience and I’m glad he had this approach but man there’s just something about being in such an intimate tight space with another person it could be really awkward or turn out to be a very intimate relaxing experience and when I tell you that that Sam made me looking like a 10/10 and I got a free therapy session

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Sam for a few years now in SF, and now his new location in OC. I’ve never walked out of his shop anything short of happy. I always get compliments on my haircuts and asks for my barber. Sam is a friendly, genuine guy who listens to exactly what you want and makes sure you’re both on the same page before executing perfectly. Whenever I have a trip or big event coming up I book him ahead of time and he’s never let me down. Cannot recommend him as a barber enough!

While traveling to LA, I was in need of a haircut and decided to look for a hair stylist. I stumbled upon OSE Barber Lounge and was able to book an appointment. Sam was incredible! I showed him a picture of the cut I wanted, which is just a normal shaved hairstyle with a skin fade. Before starting, he confirmed with me so we were on the same page. He has strong attention to detail. He noticed and perfected tiny details I wouldn’t have even caught myself. Sam is friendly and it was awesome chatting with him about basketball while in the chair. I am so glad I found this spot and highly recommend booking with Sam at OSE if you need a cut!

Sam has been cutting my hair for the past few years in SF. My fiancé happens to be from the Fullerton area originally, so when we came down to visit her family, I knew I had to stop by, see his new studio (OSE), and get a cut. Sam is laid back, easy to talk to, and always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. He is also a great barber, and has worked with me over the past few years to find different styles that worked for me, also giving me advice on how to care for my hair and style it to best effect. I can’t recommend Sam enough if you are looking for a good cut.
